Before you start... your domain must already be registered and you must point your nameservers to the NodeSpace DNS cloud nameservers (ns1.nodespacehosting.com, ns2.nodespacehosting.com, and optionally ns3.nodespacehosting.com).

To add a new domain to your DNS only service, login to your assigned cPanel server (you can find the link in our customer portal).

Once you are in cPanel, go to the Domains panel and click on Domains.

Click on Create a New Domain.

Type in your domain name and click on create.

Common Problems & Solutions

You receive an error that the nameserver IP addresses for the domain you entered could not be determined.

If this happens, you need to update your domain's nameservers to:

ns1.nodespacehosting.com

ns2.nodespacehosting.com

ns3.nodespacehosting.com (Optional - this is not required or can be omitted if your domain registrar only gives you two nameserver fields)

Once your nameservers have been added, please allow them to propagate before trying to add your domain again.
