Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy

Be advised that NodeSpace Hosting has a ZERO-TOLERANCE spam policy! Please read this article carefully as it explains our policy closely. ZERO-TOLERANCE MEANS ZERO-TOLERANCE!

What is defined as "spam"

Our definition of spam includes the following:

  • Unsolicited email (email that was never asked for)
  • Email without a double opt-in confirmation (receiver has to enter their email and click a confirmation link)
  • Investment, crypto, lottery emails

Purchased list are considered spam under our policy.

What are the consequences

Our ZERO-TOLERANCE spam policy has strict consequences. Here is what you can expect if you are knowingly sending spam:

  1. ALL of your active services will be TERMINATED (whether or not they were used for spamming).
  2. You will be charged $200 PER IP ADDRESS that is listed on a block list due to your spamming.
  3. You will be reported to FraudRecord and Maxmind for spamming (all account details).

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY! SPAMMING IS NOT TOLERATED ON OUR NETWORK. PERIOD.

Accidental Spamming

If you are accidentally spamming due to a server misconfiguration, we will know it and we will contact you. We are forgiving towards people who may have made a mistake. We will help you fix this problem at NO CHARGE.

There is a big difference between a server misconfiguration and actual spam. If it's an accident, we'll help you since we want you to learn from your mistakes and help your email be delivered.
