In some cases, we offer a NAT virtual or bare metal server. These servers operate just like if they were in a home or office network. They only have a private IP address and connect to the internet through a shared public IP. To securely grant access to your remote server, we offer a remote gateway.

To access the gateway, open a browser tab and go to https://remote.hostingintellect.com. Login with your remote access username and password. Click on Login.

If you only have one assigned server, you will automatically be directed to that server. You can login with your credentials.

Windows Servers

If your server is running Windows, you will be prompted with an additional login that looks like this:

Username & Password will be your local Windows username and password. Unless otherwise told in your welcome email, leave the domain field blank. Click on Continue.
