IRTP Transfer Lock
When updating your domain contact information, you receive the following message:
Important Reminder - The changes you have made will enable the IRTP Transfer Lock for this domain.
This will lock the domain from being able to be transferred if you changed either the Full Name or contact email address. You will not be able to transfer the domain for 60 days, from the point the change was made.
