Why was my PayPal payment reversed?

We frequently audit orders to prevent costly abuse and fraudulent transactions. If your PayPal payment was reversed, it was for one of the following reasons:

  • Your PayPal account is unverified. We require all PayPal payments to be made from verified accounts.
  • The name and billing information you provided does not match the PayPal account used. Please update your billing information or select another payment method.

We may require additional identity verification as well.

We do not provide a grace period on services. If your payment is reversed, your services will immediately be suspended until proper payment is made.
