If you ordered managed services, we will install the Pulseway agent on your server. Pulseway is our server management system that we use to manage systems. This agent communicates with our NOC and reports information about your server such as hardware status, server health, etc. This agent also allows us to perform maintenance tasks on your server such as applying updates, installing software, etc.

If you reinstall your server OS, you will need to have our team re-install the Pulseway agent on your server or unenroll your server from managed services.
