Your NodeSpace client portal is the central place to manage your account with us. From the portal, you can view and pay invoices, manage your services, open support tickets, and review important account details. It can be accessed at https://my.nodespace.com
If you are not sure where to begin, this article will walk you through the basics of accessing your account.
What is the client portal?
The client portal is your main account management area with NodeSpace. It allows you to:
-
View active services
-
Pay invoices
-
Open and track support tickets
-
Review service details
-
Manage domains and related services, if applicable
-
Update your account and contact information
For most customers, this is the first place to go when you need to manage your services or contact us.
How to log in
To log in to the client portal, start by visiting the NodeSpace client portal login page.
Enter the email address associated with your NodeSpace account and your password, then submit the login form.
If you are a new customer, use the email address you entered when placing your order or creating your account.
If you forgot your password
If you cannot remember your password, use the password reset link on the login page.
Enter the email address connected to your account and follow the instructions sent to your inbox. If you do not receive the message right away, please check your spam or junk folder.
What to do after you log in
Once you are inside the client portal, it is a good idea to take a few minutes to review your account.
Check that your contact information is correct so you continue receiving invoices, service notices, and support replies.
Review your active products and services to confirm that everything you ordered is listed correctly.
If you recently purchased a new service, open the service details page and review any welcome information or setup notes that were provided.
You should also look for any unpaid invoices or pending notices that may require action.
If you cannot access your account
If you are having trouble logging in, first make sure you are using the correct email address. It is common for customers to accidentally try a different email address than the one used during signup.
You should also double-check your password, especially if your browser may be filling in an older one automatically.
If needed, try resetting your password again and entering the new password manually rather than relying on saved login details.
If you still cannot access the client portal, please contact support so we can assist.
Keeping your account secure
We strongly recommend using a strong password that is unique to your NodeSpace account.
You should also avoid sharing portal access unless it is absolutely necessary. Anyone with access to the client portal may be able to view billing information, service details, and support history.
If additional account security options are available, such as two-factor authentication, enabling them is a smart step.
Need additional help?
