Can I get a billing extension?

If you need a billing extension, please let our billing department know as soon as possible. Our team will work with you to make billing arrangements to help you avoid paying late fees and service suspension. However, it's better to let us know ahead of time because our systems are automated. 

Additionally, you can always add funds to your account, or request to have a credit invoice created at any time, and these funds are used to pay invoices first. 

Please note that our billing department may have issues preventing the system from adding late fees and re-suspending accounts after your due date has passed. It's always best to let us know as soon as possible.
