Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on our services. However, we do guarantee some of our services with a money back guarantee. Only these services with a money back guarantee are refund eligible.
The following are always ineligible for a refund:
- Domain names
- SSL certificates
- IP addresses
- Dedicated servers
- Third-party services such as software licenses
- One-time service costs
- Any transaction, administrative, or surcharge fee
The following have a money back guarantee. However we require you to allow us to resolve the issue first and if you're still unhappy, then request a refund:
- Shared hosting
WARNING: PayPal disputes and credit card chargebacks are not appropriate ways to receive a refund. We consider disputes and chargebacks theft of service and fraud. We report all accounts that open disputes and chargebacks to FraudRecord and Maxmind which may impact your ability to receive service or place online orders elsewhere.
