With an unmanaged service, NodeSpace provides the infrastructure and ensures the underlying hardware and network are operating properly, but the day-to-day administration of the server is your responsibility.
Our managed services are designed for customers who want additional help with system administration. Depending on the service and management level, this may include assistance with updates, security patching, basic troubleshooting, service monitoring, and general server support. Managed service options can vary by product, so the exact level of support will be explained before you order.
