If you order a server with Windows Server and our automated provisioning system doesn't deploy it, typically this is because your selected VPS size is incompatible. Since we provision VPS servers using PXE (for now), your server needs to have enough RAM. Automated Windows installation requires at least 8 GB of RAM. If your VPS has less, our automated system cannot deploy it. Open a ticket to have additional resources added temporarily at no charge. These resources will be removed once Windows has been installed.

Running Windows on a server that does not meet system requirements may not run optimally.
